In-House Manufacturing Capabilities

Welding and fabrication

We have in house capabilities for welding and fabrication mainly specialising in stainless steel we do have capabilities for other materials including Aluminium. All our hygienic welding is done in accordance with ASME BPE-2002 and our welders are accredited to ASME IX and BSEN287.

Our In house surface finishing capacity includes glass bead blasting, metal polishing to any required grit standards right through to full mirror finishing; Electro-polishing is also available if required.

Machine shop capabilities

In house we have the capacity to machine single one off or prototype small batches right through to high quantity batch sizes. We have several manual lathes and milling machines for one off or prototype work, as well as cylindrical and horizontal surface grinding equipment. For larger batch quantities we have 3 CNC lathe centres and one CNC milling centre.
