Site Installation

Work undertaken can range from simple mechanical fabrication, installation & repairs through to larger contracts including their project management as well as that of other related trade disciplines such as, electrical and system control software. Pipe welding can be carried out on site by either Manual or Orbital Tig methods utilizing the most up to date machinery currently available.

All welding can be carried out in accordance with either ASME IX or BS EN 287. Weld Logging, material certification and full traceability is also available if required. Pickling & Passivation of internal pipe work and tanks etc, can be carried out on site in situ. Again this can be logged and certified. Maintenance service’s can include but are not restricted to pumps, heat exchangers, valves, etc. This can be part of a planned maintenance schedule or on an emergency call out basis.
